Avior is designed with privacy in mind. We believe your documents are your business, and we've built our app to respect that principle.

Data Collection

Avior does not collect, store, or transmit your documents or any personal data.

• Your PDF files are processed entirely on your device
• No documents are ever uploaded to any server
• No account or registration is required

Anonymous Diagnostics (Optional)

Avior can send optional, anonymous diagnostics to help guide development. This is off by default — you choose whether to enable it from a one-time prompt at first launch, and you can change your mind anytime in Settings ▸ Updates.

When enabled, diagnostics include only non-identifying information such as your macOS and app version, hardware model, and a randomly generated install ID. They never include file names, file paths, or the contents of your documents.

Website Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not track individual users
• Only collects aggregate, anonymized data
• Complies with GDPR without requiring consent

Local Storage

Avior may store preferences and recent file history locally on your device using macOS standard storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your computer and can be cleared at any time through the app's preferences or by deleting the app.

Third-Party Services

Avior does not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your documents or personal information.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
